We offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all frames and non-prescription sunglasses, provided they are in their original, unworn condition. Please note that prescription lenses are custom-made and may be subject to different terms.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Frames
Place the eyewear securely in its original Cubitts case and cleaning cloth, ensuring the package is well-sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the QR code provided at your nearest drop-off location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
